What to wear for Yoga? Wear loose comfortable clothing that will not restrict your movement. Leggings or pyjama style trousers are ideal, but baggy tops are not suitable as they tend to rise up when bending over!
A Yoga mat will enhance your practice. These are available from most large retailers, such as TK Maxx or major supermarkets. Classes and be taken consecutively, but you may start a new block of classes at any time.
