
Yoga for children is non-competitive and suitable for all abilities. Classes are fun based and include lots of games and activities, as well as ‘quiet‘ time. They encourage interaction and creativity, and will include modified yoga postures suitable for children, stories and brain gym.
Yoga can help maintain children's flexibility, whilst promoting good posture and body confidence. Yoga can have a calming and focusing effect on children‘s minds; improving concentration, co-ordination and self-esteem.
