Please read the following guidance, and if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to get in touch.
I will be following the guidance from the Government, Sport England and the British Wheel of Yoga, to ensure that we can practice safely.
Please stay at home if you have any symptoms of Covid-19, or if you have been recommended to self isolate or in quarantine by your GP.
If you, or someone you live with, are classed as vulnerable, do check with your doctor about whether it’s suitable for you to return to a yoga class.
Please remember bring your own mat and any props you would like. As we’re unable to share equipment, I’m not able to provide blocks, so a firm cushion, as well as your blanket would be helpful.
Please adhere to social distancing until you are able to enter the room. Class sizes are capped to give us as much space as we can. We will be observing 2m social distancing at all times between mats, but will be able to observe as usual.
A mask can be worn whilst entering, exiting, or moving around the hall, including the toilets. You do not need to wear a mask when on your yoga mat practising, unless you wish to do so.
EXCHANGE & BOOKING: As class places are restricted, booking will be essential to monitor numbers.
Payment by bank transfer is preferred, to avoid handling of cash, but if you are only able to pay by cash please bring the exact money – thank you.
CLEANING: Toilets will be open. Any frequently touched surfaces, such as taps, door handles, light switches etc. will be cleaned after our session. (
CANCELLATION POLICY: Class credits will only be offered if you cancel due to symptoms of Covid-19.
NB. Your contact information will be passed to NHS Test & Trace if requested by them. No information will be provided to NHS Test & Trace other than contact phone number and attendance date/time. You may request to opt out. See NHS Test & Trace Guidance here
"I believe that there is a subtle magnetism in nature, which, if we unconsciously yield to it, will direct us aright.” - Henry David Thoreau
As the seasons change, outdoor Yoga is a great way to connect with nature, and enjoy the benefits of fresh air and the sounds around you as you practice and relax. Imagine laying under the trees in relaxation and looking at setting sun on the horizon or the moon and stars – magical!
Last year, I was delighted to teach at this amazing, outdoor space at Nurture Health & Fitness (above), just down the road from me in Northamptonshire.
Nestled in private woodlands, the path leads you down past the fire pit and purpose built wooden platform surrounded by trees and fields. The whole area helps you to feel peaceful and grounded.
If you’d like to try some ‘al fresco’ Yoga lessons, or are planning something different for a special celebration or group activity message me ~ Pamela
Please let me know if you would be interested in future events ~ Pamela

In her coaching practice Alice uses the Tiny Habits Method, pioneered by Professor B J Fogg at Stanford University. This approach empowers people by starting with small changes that ultimately become transformative. She has used this approach in her own life as she built her fitness from 5 minutes of Joe Wicks a day to running 100 mile mountain races.
She has created the Nurture Retreats Venue from a wood clearing at the bottom of her garden and works with local experts to provide a range of health and wellbeing experiences.
