As the seasons change, outdoor Yoga is a great way to connect with nature, and enjoy the benefits of fresh air and the sounds around you as you practice and relax. Imagine laying under the trees in relaxation and looking at setting sun on the horizon or the moon and stars – magical!
Last year, I was delighted to teach at this amazing, outdoor space at Nurture Health & Fitness (above), just down the road from me in Northamptonshire.
Nestled in private woodlands, the path leads you down past the fire pit and purpose built wooden platform surrounded by trees and fields. The whole area helps you to feel peaceful and grounded.
