This 20 minute practice is ideal first thing in the morning, last thing at night, or anywhere in between!
This has been one of my most requested sequences since we had a yoga chair class on Zoom earlier this year.
Practice a gentle stretch and release (with modifications), coming down into a supported relaxation pose – it should feel great at any time.
All you need is your mat; a sturdy chair that fits on your mat, and maybe a blanket for kneeling on.
