Yoga with a Chair

This 20 minute practice is ideal first thing in the morning, last thing at night, or anywhere in between!

This has been one of my most requested sequences since we had a yoga chair class on Zoom earlier this year.

Practice a gentle stretch and release (with modifications), coming down into a supported relaxation pose – it should feel great at any time.

All you need is your mat; a sturdy chair that fits on your mat, and maybe a blanket for kneeling on.

⏰ Morning Yoga in Long Buckby

Did you know?

Scientific data shows that people who practice yoga regularly have measurably better perceptions of their strength, balance, and dexterity.

As well as helping with flexibility and mobility, yoga can ease sore muscles and prevent injuries from other sports or activities.

Practising yoga in the morning can aid mental clarity and set you up for the rest of the day.  It really is one of the best things you can do for your body and mind!
