Morning Yoga Spring Term –

Dates:   25th April to 23rd May

When:  Thursday 9:30 am – a refreshing morning practice, suitable for all, which releases tension & restores the body to wellbeing. 

Where: United Reformed Church Schoolrooms, Brington Road, Long Buckby NN6 7RW

Exchange:  5 weeks only £35 or Drop-in available on the day for £8.50 – Book now!

Hello September!  Autumn timetable starts today

Please note that there will be no classes during the following period:

Friday 28th September till Friday 12th October

Classes will be running as normal on Monday and Wednesday evenings (apart from the above dates)
Thursday morning’s term will be as follows:

Thursday 6th, 13th, 20th & 27th September (4 weeks block £28 or drop-in available £8.50)

*No class on Thursday 4th or 11th October*

Class on 18th & 25th October as usual (2 week block £14 or drop-in available £8.50)
