Free Breathing Practice

Yoga for Wellbeing
january 2021

Who doesn’t like a nice hot cup of coffee (or tea)? Sometimes we need a little more than that though.

If you are feeling frazzled at the moment (and who isn’t?!), then take a few minutes of selfcare and join me for a short breathing practice. You can sit or lie comfortably, and close your eyes as I guide you through this practice to soothe and ground you.

⏰ Morning Yoga in Long Buckby

Did you know?

Scientific data shows that people who practice yoga regularly have measurably better perceptions of their strength, balance, and dexterity.

As well as helping with flexibility and mobility, yoga can ease sore muscles and prevent injuries from other sports or activities.

Practising yoga in the morning can aid mental clarity and set you up for the rest of the day.  It really is one of the best things you can do for your body and mind!

First International Yoga Day – June 2015

YOGA IN THE PARK

12 NOON – 5PM – THE PAVILION AT THE RACECOURSE

Did you know that 21 June was declared as the International Day of Yoga by the United Nations General Assembly on December 11, 2014?

Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi, said that “”Yoga embodies unity of mind and body; thought and action; restraint and fulfilment; harmony between man and nature; a holistic approach to health and well being…. It is not about exercise but to discover the sense of oneness with yourself, the world and the nature.”

To celebrate a family friendly, FREE event is taking place at THE RACECOURSE  in Northampton (NN2).

There are lots of different types of Yoga planned, including a family yoga session hosted by myself and another teacher.

Have a look at the schedule of events and come join the party!  Click on the picture below for more information:
