CLASSES ARE CONTINUING online, via Zoom, OR PRIVATE SESSIONS IN AN OUTDOOR SPACE

Plans are in place for getting back to face to face classes, both indoors and outdoors, from June onwards, but no confirmed dates yet.

Please book with me for your current yoga sessions, and check that I have your email address to we can keep in touch once we have a clearer picture of the way forward.

Hopefully we’ll be enjoying warmer weather & brighter mornings and lighter evening classes again soon!


From the British Wheel of Yoga:

1. The British Wheel of Yoga Chair has confirmed with our insurers – we may teach online classes until classes can be face to face again.

2. 29th March 2021 – Outdoor sports facilities will re-open and outdoor organised exercise, including yoga, will be allowed to continue.

The rule of 6 will be re-introduced for outdoor gatherings but this applies to social contact before and after classes and not during classes.

Social distancing will continue to apply during classes.

3. Carpeted rooms – as it is impossible to sanitise a carpet between classes, teaching in a carpeted room is for the moment not allowed.

YOGA & WELLBEING DAY AUGUST 2021

As the seasons change, outdoor Yoga is a great way to connect with nature, and enjoy the benefits of fresh air and the sounds around you as you practice and relax. Imagine laying under the trees in relaxation and looking at setting sun on the horizon or the moon and stars – magical!

Since last year I’ve been lucky to work with Alice from Nurture Health & Fitness are her amazing outdoor space at in West Haddon, Northamptonshire.

Nestled in private woodlands, the path leads you down past the fire pit and purpose built wooden platform surrounded by trees and fields. The whole area helps you to feel peaceful and grounded.

Who doesn’t like a nice hot cup of coffee (or tea)? Sometimes we need a little more than that though.

If you are feeling frazzled at the moment (and who isn’t?!), then take a few minutes of selfcare and join me for a short breathing practice. You can sit or lie comfortably, and close your eyes as I guide you through this practice to soothe and ground you.
