WISHING YOU A VERY HAPPY CHRISTMAS & PEACEFUL NEW YEAR
Dear Yogis, the Winter Solstice was upon us recently: traditionally a time for spending time with loved ones, feasting, singing, dancing, and roaring fires. It’s also a time to look ahead, to the lighter nights, and the New Year approaching.
I hope that we will be able to leave this chaos behind soon, and return to a normality that we are more comfortable with.
In the meantime please receive a big THANK YOU from me for practising with me, supporting my small business, and bringing meaning and structure to my year.
I feel very grateful to have been able to continue my love of teaching Yoga, and for your feedback in saying how much it has you physically and mentally in dealing with these strange times.
Who doesn’t like a nice hot cup of coffee (or tea)? Sometimes we need a little more than that though.
If you are feeling frazzled at the moment (and who isn’t?!), then take a few minutes of selfcare and join me for a short breathing practice. You can sit or lie comfortably, and close your eyes as I guide you through this practice to soothe and ground you.
