Winter Yoga 2016


Did you know Yoga is a natural immunity booster?

Make some space for yoga this month, and help ease the symptoms of winter illnesses.

Practising yoga can help us fight infections by boosting our immune system, reducing stress hormones and strengthening our body’s functions and systems.

New Hatha Yoga Class:

Suitable for all abiltiies – come along to revive, refresh and restore!

Time:   Wednesday  from  6:15 – 7:15 pm

Equipment:   Yoga blocks and belts provided.  Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, and a blanket for relaxation.

Investment:   Classes are booked in 4 week blocks @ £26 (£6.50 per class) OR a drop-in rate of £8
