Yoga & Wellbeing Day at Nurture Retreat 🌱

Very excited to announce the first event to be hosted by Nurture Retreats will be a Yoga and Wellbeing Day on Saturday 14th August 2021

I am delighted to be co-hosting the event with my great friend and inspiring coach, Alice Sheldon of Nurture Health & Fitness.

Together we have crafted four hours of yoga, relaxation and wellness coaching set in a tranquil woodland space.

WHERE: Nurture Retreats, Foxhill Stables, Foxhill Road, West Haddon, Northamptonshire, NN6 7BG

HOSTED BY: Nurture Retreats & Pamela Deal Yoga

Time: There are two sessions available with 10 spaces each: book a morning session from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm or afternoon session from 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm

Schedule: Outdoor asana yoga practice and relaxation led by Pamela; an interactive discussion on designing your best life (how to plant positive habits for lasting health and happiness) with Alice, and a Q & A and reflections session with both us to finish 

Refreshments: Hot & cold drinks will be available, as well as home cooked healthy snacks, and 2 course plant based lunch/dinner served at the onsite Stable Café. 

Exchange: £40 (payable at time of booking)

More about Alice:

Alice worked as an Equine Veterinary Surgeon for 17 years before retiring from practice to establish her own health and fitness business in 2019.  

In addition to her qualifications in Personal Training and Nutrition, she also has a First Class Honours Degree in Human Psychology and is a Certified Behaviour Change Coach.

Alice specialises in helping people untangle the challenges and confusion associated with diet and exercise to form sustainable habits for a happier, healthier life. 

In her coaching practice Alice uses the Tiny Habits Method, pioneered by Professor B J Fogg at Stanford University.  This approach empowers people by starting with small changes that ultimately become transformative.  She has used this approach in her own life as she built her fitness from 5 minutes of Joe Wicks a day to running 100 mile mountain races.
 
She has created the Nurture Retreats Venue from a wood clearing at the bottom of her garden and works with local experts to provide a range of health and wellbeing experiences.
